A total of 4,368 shares of Lassila & Tikanoja plc have been returned to the
company free of consideration, by virtue of the terms of the share-based
incentive programme of 2013. 

The current total number of own shares held by Lassila & Tikanoja plc is
187,927, the returned shares included.
