SEB removed Bo Magnusson, the current member of the Supervisory Board of AS SEB
Pank, and appointed Mats Torstendahl new member of the Supervisory Board. 

Mats Torstendahl was born in 1961. He has been the Head of Retail Banking of
SEB since 1 January 2009. Before joining SEB, Mats Torstendahl worked as the
Senior Executive Vice President of Danske Bank Sweden and a member of the
executive committee of the Danske Bank Group. 

The members of the Supervisory Board of AS SEB Pank as of 31 March 2009 are:
Head of SEB Retail Banking Mats Torstendahl, Head of SEB Baltic Development and
Integration Anders Arozin, Head of SEB Banka Ainrs Ozols, Head of SEB Bankas
Audrius iugda and Head of Support Units of SEB Retail Banking Ulf Pettersson.
