Columbus acquires Sherwood Systems, a US consulting company serving more than
300 customers. The acquisition strengthens Columbus' coast-to-coast reach in
the US market. 

Copenhagen, Denmark - 1 July 2015 - Columbus (OMX: COLUM) announces today that
it has acquired the US consultancy Sherwood Systems. The acquisition expands
Columbus' geographical reach in the US market.

strengthens our growth ambition. By acquiring Sherwood Systems Columbus
enhances our geographical footprint in the US market making us able to serve
our customers even better', says Thomas Honoré, CEO, Columbus. 

Since its founding in 1980, Sherwood Systems has built substantial market share
and today services more than 300 customers primarily in the south-western part
of the US. 

'Geographical focus is an important part of Columbus' go-to-market strategy. We
seek to expand within our key markets, and the US is among Columbus' major
markets. With positive expectations for growth in the US economy, we
continuously seek to expand our US business', says Thomas Honoré. 

Today, Columbus has coast-to-coast representation in the US with 24 offices and
250 employees. Columbus is among the leading value providers of industry
specific consulting and business solutions to companies within the
manufacturing, retail and food industries in the US, well positioned to provide
for the needs of customers in the US in the years to come. 

The acquisition is with immediate effect.
