Lars Riis-Kofoed has today announced his resignation as CEO of Capinordic Asset
Management AB. 

At the same time, Lars Purlund (45), who is a member of the board of directors
of Capinordic Asset Management AB, will become the new CEO of Capinordic Asset
Management AB. Most recently, Mr Purlund has been the senior vice president of
Alm Brand Bank A/S, heading the department for interest rate dealings and asset
management. Before that, Mr Purlund worked 10 years for Svenska Handelsbanken,
for example as the vice president of the bank's New York and Singapore
branches. Mr Purlund holds an MBA in international economics, political science
and financing from the University of San Diego in the USA and Magdalene
College, Oxford University, in the UK. 

At an extraordinary general meeting, Fredrik Sjöstrand (49) will join the board
of directors of Capinordic Asset Management AB. Mr Sjöstrand is the interim
head of treasury of Kommuninvest in Sweden, and he has previously held
executive positions with, for example, Straumur Investment Bank and Svenska
Handelsbanken in Stockholm and London. Mr Sjöstrand holds an MSc in political
science (economics and statistics) from the University of Stockholm. 

Lennart Andersson, Lars Purlund and Brian Steffensen will resign as members of
the board of directors of Capinordic Asset Management AB at the same time. 

The board of directors will then consist of Stig Nordfelt, Thomas Almqvist,
Fredrik Sjöstrand and Henrik Vad.
