As stated in company announcement no. 2013-04, William Demant Holding A/S'
ordinary general meeting on 9 April 2013 decided to reduce the Company's share
capital by nominally DKK 1,688,237 of the Company's holding of own shares. 

The capital reduction was published in the electronic information system of the
Danish Business Authority on 15 April 2013. 

The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised.

Consequently, we will notify the Danish Business Authority of the capital
reduction today. 

After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S
amounts to DKK 56,661,638.
