Deutsche Oel & Gas S.A.: Change within the Board of Directors
Luxembourg, 3 April 2018: Marco Quacken has resigned as a Class B member of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Oel & Gas S.A. for personal reasons with effect from 1 April 2018. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Quacken for his valuable work on the Board and is delighted that he will continue to work with the company as a consultant.
On 31 March 2018, the Board of Directors took the decision to appoint Mr Rainer Klee as member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr Quacken. Mr Klee has been Chief Risk Officer at Deutsche Oel & Gas S.A. since 1 November 2017. Mr Klee will initially remain a member of the Board of Directors until this year’s General Meeting. At the meeting, a vote will be taken on his appointment as a full member.
