Listing on the NASDAQ OMX aims at international investors

Dahlem-Schmidtheim/Düsseldorf. - ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG prepares to be
listed on the NASDAQ OMX from late summer 2014. The company has a total of
6,075,000 ordinary shares, which will be included for trading on the
market. The corresponding securities prospectus was approved in October
2013 by the Federal Finance Supervisory Office (BaFin).

For the first day of trading the company is aiming at an issue price of
between 10 and 12 euros per share. ENTRADE will then be the first German
company quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Europe.

"We decided in favour of listing on the NASDAQ OMX", explains Julien Uhlig,
CEO of ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG, because the international orientation of
the stock market location is of special importance to us. Although our
products are mainly developed and produced in Germany and Europe, the
market for them covers the entire world. That is why we have selected this
method of approaching investors at the international level, with the
long-term aim of seeing our shares traded on the NASDAQ index in New York."

Corporate group positions itself with German and international
participations

Worldwide ENTRADE develops, builds, operates and distributes innovative
power powersystems for the generation of electricity, heating and cooling
from biomass and waste materials. Its products range from turnkey compact
installations to complex industrial concepts. Founded in 2009, the company
currently employs a workforce of around 60 and is one of the
fastest-growing enterprises within the energy industry in Germany.

The group of companies includes agnion energy Inc., Austria's Highterm
Research GmbH and, with a 49% minority shareholding, Italy's GruenEnergy
S.r.l. ENTRADE is represented in Belgrade, Graz, Bolzano, Palo Alto and
Honolulu in addition to the German locations of Dahlem-Schmidtheim,
Düsseldorf and Pfaffenhofen.

The NASDAQ OMX Nordic index, which lists around 750 shares on seven
Scandinavian and Baltic stock exchanges, is the European branch of the US
NASDAQ technology exchange, which is based in New York. One special
advantage which it offers is the possibility of expanding the listing to
the American market.
