ESGTI AG together with Aldburg S.A., in collaboration with Cirdan Capital Management Ltd. and Banca Credinvest, has completed a debt issuance for an aggregate amount of CHF 83.2 million at the following terms:
Fixed Rate Fiduciary Certificates, 5 years, 5.75% p.a. semi-annually payable. The certificates will be admitted for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN XS215898345).
