Global PVQ SE / Key word(s): Miscellaneous Corporate News Bitterfeld-Wolfen, 22 July 2015 The insolvency administrator of Global PVQ SE (formerly Q-Cells SE), Henning Schorisch, announces: In the insolvency proceedings on the assets of Global PVQ SE, the insolvency court Dessau-Rosslau has reviewed the final accounts, published the final schedule (“Schlussverzeichnis”) and determined the date for the final meeting. This will take place on Thursday, 27 August 2015, 10.30 a.m. (admission from 9.30 a.m.), The court published the relevant resolution and the agenda of the meeting on 20 July 2015.
