Holmes Biopharma Inc.   Reaches Profitability  in Q3 - 2007

Scottsdale, Arizona – November 22, 2007 – Holmes Biopharma, Inc. (Symbol
HHJA, security code A0KDRX )  is extremely pleased to announce its first
quarter of profitability for the 3 month period ending September 30, 2007.
To meet this milestone in the third quarter of its first year in full
operation is a great accomplishment.  Holmes expects revenue to grow and
profits to increase going forward to the year-end December 31, 2007 and
into 2008.
 
The recent addition of our Data Management Center in Toronto, Canada and
our second Clinical Research Facility in Kiev, Ukraine, Eastern Europe,
will further enhance our bottom line.

The company is in the process of securing a financing that will allow it to
establish a second clinical research facility in the United States, plus
commence its drug development strategy.
