('James Denverson' or the 'Company') was able to achieve substantial improvements regarding the taste and the construction of its smokeless cigarette in the last few weeks of 2008. After months of intensive cooperation with Borgwaldt Flavor, a company located in Hamburg, Germany, two new aromas for the smokeless cigarette have been developed. One aroma is very close to the typical taste of a traditional tobacco cigarette with a broad and full flavor. The second aroma tastes fresh and refined with an idea of alcohol similar with the taste of whisky. When the smokeless cigarette James Denverson gets activated, after two to three drags the taste unfolds with its new full flavor. Both aromas are close to the desired final consumer end product, namely the real smoky taste which defines the classical tobacco cigarette. The requirement of 'handbag usability' has been fully achieved. After consumption of the smokeless cigarette no residual taste of aroma, nicotine or tobacco remains. And before consumption the non-activated James Denverson tastes just fine – therefore handbag usable. In charge of the technical development and applications of the company’s smokeless cigarette is the German company Kieslich Industries Administration GmbH. The current main focus is the proportionality of aroma, nicotine and carrier and its application possibilities. This precision work is one the main areas of the companies R&D department in cooperation with Borgwaldt Flavor for 2009. The first test cigarettes with new aromas are expected for February. Substantial progress has also been achieved in the production planning. Here James Denverson works closely with the German company B.B.TESCON, Behrend & Buck OHG, a specialist for construction of special purpose machines for automating and economization of production processes. The estimated costs for investment and operation now have been reduced by fifty percent. For the end of the first quarter 2009 James Denverson expects the start of a first semi automated production. The fully automated series production could be realized in the third quarter 2009. According to the new construction plans, the further reduction of the construction parts for the smokeless cigarette, achieved by the R&D department, now enables the company to raise the future output to three basic elements per 20 seconds, therefore 9 James Denverson per minute. On this production level the output per month can reach up to 300,000 smokeless cigarettes per month. The output volume of production procedure can be extended in the fully automated production plant fifty times in a later stage. Except for the jacket no paperboard is in use for the smokeless cigarette. The plastic material is fully bio-degradable, including the aroma jacket with ethanol as carrier of the nicotine and the aromas. James Denverson is very pleased with the achieved success and is now much closer to the market launch of the smokeless cigarette 'James Denverson' in 2009.
