As previously reported, the Swedish subsidiary of Jubii Europe N.V. (ISIN NL0000233195), Yarps Network Services AB, is conducting a lawsuit for substantial damages against the Swedish telecommunication services company, TeliaSonera, for abuse of dominant position in relation to the internet access business previously offered in Sweden

On December 16, 2015, the main hearing in this lawsuit in the first instance was concluded at the Stockholm District Court and the court has announced that date of delivery of judgment is expected to be on February 15, 2016.

However, this announcement is not binding and could still be changed. Furthermore, after delivery of the judgement in first instance, depending on the outcome, the parties might be eligible to appeal the decision.
