Lassila & Tikanoja plc issues EUR 30 million bond

Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or
into the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa or Japan or
any other jurisdiction in which the distribution or release would be unlawful. 

Lassila & Tikanoja plc issues a EUR 30 million senior unsecured bond. The bond
matures on 15 September 2019 and it carries a fixed annual interest rate of
2.125 per cent. The offering was oversubscribed. Lassila & Tikanoja will apply
for the listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. 

'Entering debt capital markets diversifies our financing sources and supports
the execution of our strategy', says Timo Leinonen, CFO. 

Danske Bank acted as the sole lead manager in the transaction.
