Dover (DE, USA)/Frankfurt am Main, May 23, 2008. Look Models International
Inc. (LMI), the holding company for Wolfgang Schwarz's group of modeling
agencies and lifestyle companies that operate under the same name, and
which is based in Dover, Delaware, USA, celebrated its successful stock
market debut on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Securities Exchange today.
The first reported price of the LMI share (WKN: A0M48N, ISIN: US54341R1059,
Symbol: 3LM) following the start of trading was EUR 0.50. The price was EUR
0.58 at midday. The listing was managed by Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank.

The listing has enabled the company to complete the first step towards the
implementation of its ambitious growth plans. The company plans to open
further branches, and to acquire existing modeling agencies, primarily in
the US and the UK, over the course of the coming months. LMI also intends
to strengthen its management team. 'We are very happy that the IPO has been
a success, and our aim is to reward the confidence that our investors have
shown in us with corresponding growth,' commented CEO Wolfgang Schwarz.
