Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. concerning its shareholding and voting rights in the
Company: 

As of today, Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. holds 110,500,000 shares corresponding
to a nominal value of DKK 110,500,000, equivalent to 70.8% of the total share
capital and voting rights in the Company.
