Management Resource Solutions (MRS), has signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA)
with a heavy equipment plant hire company. The HOA is a major milestone and
a binding agreement that has taken over 9 months to achieve and is the
second last stage before the Acquisition Agreement, which is currently
being drafted. MRS plans to raise capital to pay for 100% of the
acquisition; by way of it's listing on the London Stock Exchange, which is
anticipated to happen at end of May 2014.

The company is a Queensland based company established in 1972, which
provides earthmoving equipment for both civil and commercial projects
throughout the local and the greater Brisbane areas.  The purchase price is
approximately $13 Million AUD and with over 60 fully trained professional
staff and a wide range of machinery available for construction or
demolition it is a profitable business.

The acquisition of the Plant Hire Company is an excellent match for MRS and
the services it provides in systems management, project management,
recruitment and contract personnel. With the Plant Hire company's equipment
and MRS's expertise in recruitment and systems, new projects will become
achievable for MRS in 2014.
