Mobile Loyalty PLC appoints Mangold Fondkommision as its Market Maker on AktieTorget

Mobile Loyalty has appointed Mangold Fondkommission AB as its Market Maker of the Company's Swedish Depository Receipts ('SDRs') that are traded on AktieTorget. The assignment will begin August 17, 2012 and provides support and guarantee for the liquidity of the Company's SDRs by reducing the price difference between the bid and ask price, thus providing a more accurate valuation.
