Munksjö Oyj: Change in the holding of Ahlstrom Corporation

Munksjö Oyj has on 11 May 2015 received an announcement referred to in Chapter
9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Ahlstrom Corporation
(Finnish Business Identity Code 1670043-1). 

According to the announcement, the holding of Ahlstrom Corporation has on 11
May 2015 fallen below the threshold of 5 percent. The direct holding of
Ahlstrom Corporation has decreased to 1,300,981 shares, corresponding to 2.55
per cent of Munksjö's shares and voting rights.
