It has been decided that the Prof. Dr. Reinhard Agerer's team in the faculty of biology will carry out research on systematic mycology. The biologist and mycologist Dr. Jie Wei will be the project coordinator and will be responsible for the project. MykoGreen Biotechnology AG's product range will firstly be tested for content and concentration in a way similar to an incoming goods inspection in a laboratory at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität. Subsequently, various plants will be grown, tested and analysed in the Munich botanic gardens over three months as a reference surface. Later, the research results will be summarised in a scientific report. 'We are very honoured that a university that is so renowned in the field of mycology is interested in analysing our products and in making a study out of them. In Dr. Wei we have found a person who is very well known in the field to be our project leader, who will be providing our company with specialist help outside of this project as well', says Armin Grabowski, member of MykoGreen Biotechnology AG's board of administration. Through the analysis of MykoGreen Biotechnology AG products at a biology faculty which focuses on systematic botanics, a user handbook based on scientific results is to be compiled. This should make the use of mycorrhiza and beneficial bacteria easier all over the world. The constant aim of MykoGreen Biotechnology AG's products is to provide plants in different regions of the world with optimal nutrients. MykoGreen Biotechnology AG's innovative, GM-free products are of the highest quality and stand out due to various factors. The cultured fungus spores and bacterial cultures are used in their purest form. A uniquely high concentration and a combination of fungi and beneficial bacteria leads to excellent results for plant and soil cultivation. The powdered base material is water soluble and can be deployed using the most modern irrigation technologies and almost all existing systems, without having to add new, complicated additional steps to the process. 'The research of our products on this level and the compilation of a scientific report as well as the compilation of a user handbook for world-wide use represent an excellent basis for the further distribution of our products', adds Grabowski. Just a few weeks ago, MykoGreen Biotechnology AG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Al-Fajer-Group from Dubai, where a new production site for MykoGreen products will be built. 'Although the distribution of our products is already going well in this region, the research results from Munich will provide a seal of quality, which will be understood all over the world', says Grabowski. MykoGreen Biotechnology AG: MykoGreen Biotechnology AG develops and sells biological plant additives, free of genetic engineering, which can be used across a wide spectrum, from plant cultivation to recultivation of crops. The functional effects of our high quality products are achieved through mycorrhizal-fungi, soil bacteria and beneficial fungi. Their professional application increases the stress tolerance of the plants against biotic and abiotic factors. By adding specific components, the efficiency of the products is further enhanced and modulated to match the requirement and application profile. This produces plants that develop strong roots, absorb nutrients more efficiently, need less water and resists pests better and are better equipped to endure stress during transplantation (seedlings, trees).
