New Management in PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment's Managing Director, Jørgen Glistrup (51), has
chosen to step down and concentrate on his work on various boards, and he will
therefore resign from his current position at the end of this year. 
 
He will be replaced by a group of three Directors with the current Vice
President Dan Hammer (45) taking over as the new Group Managing Director. The
others on the Executive Board will be the Managing Director of PARKEN Venues
A/S, Anders Hørsholt (42) and the Managing Director of fitness dk A/S, Steen
Keller (43), who both will continue in their respective Director functions and
at the same time as Deputy Managing Directors for PARKEN Sport & Entertainment
A/S. 

On the 1st January 2009, Certified Account, Jan Hansen (41) will take over in a
position as Assistant Manager with responsibility for Finance and Economy in
PARKEN Sport & Entertainment.
