On Changes to the Composition of the JSC “GE Money Bank” Board

JSC 'GE Money Bank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) Supervisory Council
resolved: 

  1. To elect Jurita Brunava as the member of the Board of the Bank for 5 (five)
     years, starting from May 16, 2011.
  2. The elected member of the Board has the rights to represent the Bank
     jointly with 1 (one) member of the Board.

The Bank's management board will continue to operate in following composition:
Chairperson - Alla K. Woodson, board members - Francisco Javier Lopez Segura,
Franck Antoine Raymond Marzilli, Aleksandra Baranova and Jurita Brunava. 

 Jurita Brunava has more than 17 years of management experience in banking,
finance and customer servicing industries. 

J. Brunava's previous professional experience includes:


  1. From 2007 till now: JSC 'GE Money Bank', Chief Operations Officer
  2. From 2005 till now: JSC 'GE Money', Member of the Management Board
  3. From 2004 till 2005: SIA 'Runaway', Managing Director.
  4. From 1997 till 2002 GE Lighting representative office in Baltic States,
     Country Manager

J. Brunava graduated Riga Technical University with B.Sc. in Mechanics and an
Engineer-Technologist degree and afterwards gained a Postgraduate Degree in
International Economics & Law at University of Latvia. In 2004 Jurita Brunava
received an Executive MBA from Riga Business School in collaboration with the
State University of New York at Buffalo and University of Ottawa. 

New board member doesn't own the Bank's shares.

Changes in the Bank's management will not impact the Business's strategy. We
will continue to manage the company, ensuring the Bank retains a safe and
stable position - including a high capital adequacy and liquidity position.
