The highly respected Dr Wolfram Pätzold has been working with Linklaters (or the former Oppenhoff & Rädler, respectively) for the past fifteen years. During this time he has successfully established the Munich's office real estate practice. P+P's Munich office will expand into the real estate field which P+P has so far advised on out of the Berlin office only. 'Dr. Pätzold is a superb opportunity to fulfill the much expressed wishes of our clients to have a local representative in real estate law in Munich. He ideally fits with our team professionally as well as personally', says the Berlin real estate partner Dr. Stefan Lebek. 'Further expansion is intended for the Munich office, particularly through additional real estate practitioners.' Dr. Jan Wildberger will join as a new partner in the Frankfurt office.
