Company, hereby informs that implementing plan of reorganization of the
electricity sector and according to decisions taken on 28 of September, 2010,
in the Company's Meeting of the Shareholders, on 21 of October, 2010 acquired
896 045 (eight hundred ninety six thousand forty five) ordinary registered
shares in Kruonio Investicijos, UAB (company code 300634954, registered address
Kruonio II k., Kaišiadoriai, Republic of Lithuania) with the par value of LTL
100 (one hundred litas) which makes up approx. 28,94  % of all shares issued in
Kruonio Investicijos, UAB. 
The Company and Kruonio Investicijos, UAB by entering into shares signing
contract have agreed that the newly issued ordinary registered shares of
Kruonio Investicijos UAB will be paid by the Company in monetary and
non-monetary deposits.  In this way, having entered into the aforesaid shares
signing contract, the Company lost 22 998 000 (twenty two million nine hundred
ninety eight thousand) ordinary registered non-material shares of Rytra UAB
(limited liability company, registered address Geologų g.16, Vilnius, the
Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 300072305, VAT payer code
LT100001383414) with the nominal value 1 (one) litas, comprising 100 (one
hundred) per cent of Rytra UAB authorized capital.
