16 589 562 (sixteen million five hundred eighty nine thousand five hundred
sixty two) ordinary registered shares in Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras, UAB
(company code 302527488, with the registered office at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius,
Republic of Lithuania) with the par value of LTL 1 (one litas) which makes up
approx. 37.41  % of all shares issued in Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras,
UAB.
