26 March 2014


At the company's Annual General Meeting today, the following decisions were
taken: 

  -- The Annual Report 2013 was adopted

  -- The Board of Director's proposal regarding the transfer of profits and
     losses for 2013 to next year was adopted

  -- The Board of Directors was re-elected and thus still consists of Karin
     Garre
(Chairman), Allan Andersen and Christian Lundgren

  -- PricewaterhouseCoopers was re-elected as the company's auditor

  -- The general meeting authorised the Board of Directors to purchase own
     shares of up to a total nominal value of DKK 2,455,394 (corresponding to
     10% of the company's present share capital) in the period until the next
     Annual General Meeting

  -- The proposed fee to the Board of Directors for 2014 was adopted

  -- The Board of Directors' proposal to adopt electronic communication was
     adopted.
