DFDS A/S has in week 1 purchased 3,670 own shares for DKK 2.2m as part of the
share buy-back programme of DKK 200m launched on 9 September 2014 and expiring
latest on 30 June 2015, re. company announcement no. 65/2014 of 8 September
2014. 

The accumulated share buy-back of 193,425 shares for DKK 97.0m amounts to 48.5%
of the programme.

the Company's total no. of shares of 12,650,000. Excluding own shares, the no.
of circulating shares is 12,140,082. 

The share buy-back programme is organised in compliance with the EU
Commission's Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 (Safe Harbour regulation for share
buy-backs).
