Alexander Mahnke to become CEO of Business Unit Insurance Alexander Mahnke (42) will become CEO of the Business Unit Insurance at Siemens Cross-Sector Financial Services (SFS) on April 1, 2011. He will replace Stefan Sigulla, who joined the Management Board of HDI-Gerling Industrie at the beginning of the year. Alexander Mahnke began his career in 1999 at SFS, where he coordinated the Group's global liability-insurance program. From 2004 to 2010, he worked at Aon Jauch & Hübener, where he held such positions as head of the Financial Services Group. On May 1, 2010, he became director of Financial & Professional Services (FINPRO) and Credit & Political Risks at Marsh. At the beginning of 2011, he was appointed to the expanded Management Board at Marsh GmbH. Alexander Mahnke studied law in Bayreuth, Munich and Montpellier, and earned his doctorate at the University of Bochum.
