EasyMotionSkin Tec AG (EasyMotionSkin), a leading provider in the market of training and fitness systems using electromuscular stimulation (EMS), is expected to be listed on the Munich Stock Exchange from December 09, 2021. Together with its subsidiaries, the company produces and distributes EMS training systems consisting of a suit, PowerBox and an app solution for training programs. The EasyMotionSkin systems have distinct advantages over conventional EMS training equipment: The patented dry electrode in the suit sets new standards in wearing comfort. All EasyMotionSkin systems work wirelessly – an innovation that enables flexible use. Users are no longer tied exclusively to studios; they can train independently of time and space. The listing of EasyMotionSkin is planned in the m:access trading segment within over-the-counter market of the Munich Stock Exchange. A corresponding application for inclusion of the shares has been submitted to the Munich Stock Exchange. The securities prospectus has been reviewed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (“BaFin”) for completeness, coherence and comprehensibility and has already been approved. The public offering of a total of 10,000 shares will take place exclusively on the day of the initial listing, presumably on December 09, 2021. Currently, EasyMotionSkin is mainly in the media due to the ESA space mission “Cosmic Kiss”. German astronaut Matthias Maurer is using the EasyMotionSkin training system to combat muscle atrophy and bone loss during his stay on the ISS space station. The project is scientifically managed by the Center for Space Medicine at the Charité in Berlin. “We are entering new dimensions with our innovations. Electromuscular stimulation is becoming suitable for everyday use – for everyone to use flexibly in terms of time and space.
