agreement with the banking house M.M. Warburg & CO, effective February 1, 2002,
whereby the latter assumes the role of “Designated Sponsor” for the Group. This

develop its presence on the capital market. The stated aim of this action is to
win additional domestic and foreign investors and to widen the current
distribution of shareholders.
Dr. Markus Trauttmansdorff, CFO of TA Triumph-Adler AG, welcomes the signing of
the agreement: “Through the cooperation with the distinguished banking house of
M.M. Warburg & CO we are anticipating a significant improvement in our capital
market management, plus additional liquidity for our stock. This will assist us
in raising the attractiveness of the Triumph-Adler stock for institutional
investors.”

banking house M.M. Warburg & CO is already working as a “Designated Sponsor” for
