Interim Report for the Period 1 January - 31 March 2013

The Supervisory Board of Tivoli A/S has at the board meeting the 27 May 2013
considered and adopted the Interim Report for the period 1 January - 31 March
2013. 

Results at 31 March 2013 in outline:



  -- Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK 62.8 million compared to DKK
     70.7 million last year.
  -- Tivoli's revenue: DKK 47.1 million compared to DKK 52.4 million last year.
  -- EBIT: DKK -66.8 million compared to DKK -61.1 million last year.
  -- Profit before tax: DKK -65.7 million compared to DKK -62.4 million last
     year.
  -- Profit after tax: DKK -48.9 million compared to DKK -46.8 million last
     year.



'The interim profit must be seen in the light of the Tivoli Gardens being
closed during the quarter of January. Tivoli's revenue for the quarter
decreased by DKK 5.3 million compared with the same quarter last year. The
decrease is primarily due to the musical Grease in Tivoli's concert hall in the
first quarter of 2012. Expenses are DKK 0.4 million below the same quarter last
year. 

At 31 March 2013 Tivoli's sale of season passes 2013 amounted to DKK 43.3
million compared with DKK 42.7 million at 31 March 2012. The income from season
passes is recognised at DKK 7.0 million for the quarter of January. The
remaining season pass income will be accrued over the next three quarters. 

The interim loss before tax amounts to DKK 65.7 million compared with a loss of
DKK 62.4 million for the first quarter of 2012. 
Despite an expected decrease in revenue and costs at the level of last year, we
are satisfied with the result', says Claus Dyhr, CFO. 



Outlook for 2013

The expectations of a profit before tax at DKK 30-40 million are maintained at
the announced level.
