('Vital'), a Toshiba Medical Systems Group Company, is pleased to announce the global release of VitreaExtend(tm), an advanced visualization solution that supports up to three simultaneous users with high performance similar to Vital's advanced server-based solution. VitreaExtend meets the needs of organizations that want increased access to advanced visualization tools without a significant IT footprint. VitreaExtend features the same easy-to-use toolset as Vital's flagship Vitrea software. It is designed for facilities that need access from multiple locations to powerful advanced visualization tools. VitreaExtend will be offered exclusively by Toshiba America Medical Systems (TAMS) for modality-attached purchases through their medical diagnostic imaging channel within the U.S., and by Vital and its distribution partners globally.
