Worldwide Energies Inc. / Miscellaneous Release of a Corporate News, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG. The issuer / publisher is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- As already mentioned in October 2008, the company is pleased to announce, that the negotiations about the option of an up to a 50%-participation in the profits at the so called 'Black Rock' area are closed and will end in a contract. 2.75% have already been paid and belong to Worldwide Energies, Inc.. The 'Black-Rock'-prospect may be one of the possible most interesting unexplored oil- and gas-projects in the United States. Based on the geological evaluations, there can be 'possible reserves' for each 1 percent of the participation of up to 1 million barrel of crude oil and up to 1 BCF of natural gas. At a crude oil market price of 40 USD per barrel and 5 USD per MCF gas this would bring the project value for 1 percent of up to 45 million USD. In the next steps the company plans to acquire more percentages and to finance the drilling and completion of the project. Furthermore Worldwide Energies, Inc. is pleased to announce, that because of the crises in the financial markets and also the decreased commodity prices the company have been able to use this to take advantage and to go in advanced negotiations about acquiring substantial ownership in a very lucrative and low risk natural gas prospect. This prospect perhaps could be brought into production during the first six months of 2009. Due to the crisis in the financial markets the negotiations with a Swiss Investment company which intends to participate in WWE Inc. has been adjourned. The same is the actual situation pertaining to the negotiations with a possible joint venture partner concerning another great exploration-project in the United States. Both negotiations will be successfully resumed in spring 2009. About Worldwide Energies, Inc.: Worldwide Energies, Inc. was founded in 2004 as an independent investment company focusing on oil- and gas-exploration. The company’s core business is the acquisition, development and exploitation of oil and gas fields in the US with its well-developed infrastructure, close-by sales markets and stable social and political structures. Worldwide Energies, Inc. mainly invests in already existing oil- and gas-exploration-projects or projects that can be realized rapidly and especially in innovative technologies with a wide application spectrum.
