Mountain Cleantech invests in ENTECCOgroup

– Manufacturer of air-and gas purification systems for heavy industries

– ENTECCO has been executing an effective buy and build strategy since 2011

– Growth financing to support organic – and anorganic growth

Zurich, 25th of November 2015 – Mountain Cleantech (via its Luxemburg-domiciled investment entity) has – by means of a capital increase – obtained a significant minority stake in ENTECCOgroup (http://www.entecco.com), a technology leader in the European industrial air-and gas purification market. This is the third investment of Mountain Cleantech in 2015.

ENTECCO, which is headquartered in Lahr, Germany, was founded in 2010 by current CFO Mr. Siegfried Bleul and with the support of the CEO Mr. Michael Auer. Since its foundation, the company has acquired a number of leading providers of filtration technology in the German-speaking countries and can thus look back on decades of operating history. Via its subsidiaries, GARANT-Filter, LHS clean air systems, TURBOFILTER and INFRA PROCESS, the group manufactures highly effective and efficient filter products and turnkey systems for dust removal, exhaust gas purification, and ventilation in virtually every industry, including asphalt, foundry, steel, wood and aluminium sectors. ENTECCO has developed a core competency in combining its purification systems with innovative and effective energy efficiency and heat recovery technology.

Mountain Cleantech’s growth funding will support the continued internationalization of the business to the Balkan countries, the United States and potentially Asia and the continuation of its buy and build strategy.
