(hereinafter each referred to as the 'Reporting Person' and several of them
as the 'Reporting Persons') notified us pursuant to Sec.21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG):

(1) On March 18, 2008, the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5 to 10 each
fell below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in
10tacle Studios AG, Goebelstraße 21, D-64293 Darmstadt (the 'Company').

On March 18, 2008 4.62 percent (284,110 voting rights out of altogehter
6,147,550 voting rights) of the voting rights were held in each case.

On March 18, 2008 4.62 percent of these voting rights (284,110 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5
to 9 pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from the following
company:

- GL Europe Luxembourg, S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg   

On March 18, 2008 2.97 percent of these voting rights (182,315 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5
to 6 and 8 also pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG
(with respect to the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5 to 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of Sec. 22 para 1 WpHG) from the following
company:

- GL Europe Luxembourg, S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg

On March 18, 2008 1,46 percent of these voting rights (89,796 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 7
also pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG (with
respect to the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 in connection with sentence 2
of Sec. 22 para 1 WpHG) from the following company:

- GL Europe Luxembourg, S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg

On March 18, 2008 0.20 percent of these voting rights (11,999 voting
rights) are attributed to the Reporting Person under 1 also pursuant to
Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG with sentence 2 of Sec. 22
para 1 WpHG from the following company:

(2) On March 17, 2008, the Reporting Persons under 3 and 4 each fell below
the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in the Company.

On March 17, 2008 4.82 percent (296,111 voting rights out of altogether
6,147,550 voting rights) of the voting rights were held in each case.

On March 17, 2008 4.82 percent of these voting rights (296,111 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 3 and 4
pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG (with respect to the
Reporting Person under 3 in connection with sentence 2 of Sec. 22 para 1
WpHG) from the following company:

(3) The chain of subsidiaries through which voting rights are attributed to
the Reporting Persons under 1 to 9 on March 17, 2008 and March 18, 2008,
respectively, is as follows:

•  the Reporting Person under 10 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 9;

•  the Reporting Person under 9 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Persons
under 7 and 8;

•  the Reporting Person under 7 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 2;

•  the Reporting Person under 8 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Persons
under 5 and 6;

•  the Reporting Person under 5 is a subsidiary of the  Reporting Person
under 2;

•  the Reporting Person under 4 is a subsidiary of the  Reporting Person
under 3;

• the Reporting Persons under 2, 3 and 4 are subsidiaries of the Reporting
Person under 1.
