Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on BÖWE SYSTEC AG, Augsburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005239701, WKN: 523970, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2009  and on
that day amounted to 50,06% (this corresponds to 3304000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 50,06%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3304000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Böwe Systec Treuhand GmbH & Co. KG,
Augsburg, Germany.
