10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% thresholds of the Voting Rights on
September 16, 2011 and amount to 65.36% (this corresponds to 4060773 Voting
Rights) as per this date.

2. Mr Uto Baader, Munich, Germany has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on Comarch Software und
Beratung AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30% and 50% thresholds of the Voting Rights on September 16, 2011 and
amount to 65.36% (this corresponds to 4060773 Voting Rights) as per this
date.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG these
65.36% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4060773 Voting Rights) are to
be attributed to Mr Uto Baader.
