that via shares its Voting Rights on Nürnberger Beteiligungs-AG, Nürnberg,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
January 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.57% (this corresponds to
296350 Voting Rights).
