November 2007, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 18 October
2007 their voting interest in Prout AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3,09% (this corresponds to 100,000 voting rights) on this day.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable Ithmmar Bank B.S.C.
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG.
The voting rights are held directly by Crescent International Ltd.
