Notifikation pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
The Dar Al-Maal Al-Islami Trust, Nassau, Bahamas, informed us on 16th
November 2007, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 18 October
2007 their voting intercst in Prout AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3,09% (this corresponds to 100,000 voting rights) on this day.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Dar Al-Maal
Al-Islami Trust (DMI) in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of
the WpHG.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
held is: Crescent International Ltd., Islamic Investment Company ofthe Gulf
(Bahamas) Ltd.
