according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on TERREX Handels-Aktiengesellschaft, Oststeinbek, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 22, 2015
and on that day amounted to 5.87% (this corresponds to 29372 Voting
