Darmstadt, May 14, 2008 – The Supervisory Board of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG 
(ISIN: DE000TACL107) resolved yesterday that media expert Joachim Magin be 
appointed the new CEO of the company. The change in management reflects the 
ongoing restructuring process of the 10TACLE Group, with the new Managing 
Board being assisted by a team of restructuring specialists. 
 
The previous CEO and co-founder of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG, Michele Pes, had 
already indicated his willingness to resign from his office in order to 
actively support a new start for the company, even before the Supervisory 
Board had made its decision. 
 
Joachim Magin possesses comprehensive management expertise which he has 
gained while holding a variety of executive positions, such as managing 
director of ProSieben Digital Media GmbH and head of media for Tiscali 
Deutschland. As part of his brief at Tiscali, he had bundled and 
restructured the company’s European games activities, successfully selling 
them as a package. 
 
Michele Pes will assist the company in an advisory capacity during the 
transitional period. The Supervisory Board expressly thanked Mr. Pes for 
all his work over past years.
