The maximum purchase price of up to 2.7 million euro is more than 50% dependent on further business developments. In the current year, the French specialist for the marketing of anti-virus software plans to achieve sales of about 5.5 million euro and 7.7 million euro in 2002, with products from the world market leader Trend Micro and Veritas. In France, ComputerLinks with its subsidiary Alpha Media is already one of the leading marketing partners of Trend Micro. With sales of 164.6 million euro in the current financial year, ComputerLinks plans to achieve an EBITDA of 20.1 million euro.
