Gruppenstruktur nach Geschäftsmodellen und
Zielbranchen neu geordnet
Heyde-Gruppe vervielfacht Wachstumsmodell
Erfolgreiche Integration der Tochtergesellschaften
/ Professionelles Management
(Bad Nauheim, 19. September 2000) Die Heyde AG
vertreibt. Sie entsteht aus der Verschmelzung der
Heyde-Töchter Atzlinger GmbH, FINEC GmbH, IT
Warehouse AG und Turck GmbH.
Unter dem Dach der Heyde AG werden insgesamt fünf
Divisions eingerichtet. Neben der Elaxy AG
entsteht künftig aus den
Systemintegrationsbereichen die Heyde SI AG,
während die Consulting Partner GmbH und die
Miebach Logistik Gruppe als
Beratungsgesellschaften in einem gemeinsamen
Verbund zusammengefaßt werden sollen. Die auf Web-
Technologie und Web-Design spezialisierte
Tochtergesellschaft novolabs GmbH wird als vierter
Bereich um zusätzliche Kapazitäten vor allem im
Web Design erweitert. Schließlich war vor kurzem
die Integration der Venture Capital Gesellschaft
Value Partner GmbH bekannt gegeben worden. Jede
dieser künftig fünf Divisions wird in den
Regionen, in denen sie aktiv ist,
Ländergesellschaften gründen.
Zur Begründung hiess es, die Neuaufstellung
ermögliche ein noch professionelleres, weil
spezialisiertes Management der verschiedenen
Geschäftsmodelle in der Gruppe, die jeweils
unterschiedliche Mitarbeiterqualifikationen,
Vertriebswege, Kundenbeziehungen und Lebenszyklen
bedeuteten. Zudem werde so die Aufteilung nach
Beratung, Software und Integration auch im
Zahlenwerk nach Umsatz und Ergebnis transparent
und nachvollziehbar.
Die drei Geschäftsfelder Financial Services,
Supply Chain und Telekommunikation/Media werden
fortgeführt. Sie werden den Wettbewerbsvorteil
Branchenkenntnis weiter ausbauen, sowie die
Strategieentwicklung und einheitliche
Kundenbetreuung über die Leistungsangebote hinweg
gewährleisten. Sowohl die Ländergesellschaften als
auch die Geschäftsfelder sind gehalten, das
Leistungsangebot der Gruppe in jedem Land zu
komplettieren und auszubauen sowie Möglichkeiten
internationaler Expansion zu erschließen. Dadurch,
hieß es im Unternehmen, werde das bisherige,
erfolgreiche Wachstumsmodell der Heyde AG
vervielfacht.
Die Weiterentwicklung der globalen Strategie, der
Unternehmenskultur und die Sicherstellung
erfolgreicher Intergration akquirierter
Unternehmen wird Aufgabe des Gruppenvorstands und
seiner Stabsstellen sein. Neben dem
Unternehmensgründer und Vorsitzenden Dieter Heyde
werden diesem Vorstand Bertram Salzinger und
Matthias Sohler angehören, beide bereits jetzt
Vorstände der Heyde AG. Ab 1.1.2001 treten hinzu
Dr. Joachim Miebach, Miebach Logistik, und Dirk
Wittenborg, Consulting Partner.
Structure of the Group reorganized on basis of
business models and target sectors
Heyde Group substantially expands growth model
Successful integration of subsidiaries /
professional management
Bad Nauheim, September 19, 2000 Heyde AG plans
to rapidly reorient its Group structure according
to business models and target sectors. The first
step taken towards this is today’s formation of
Elaxy AG, which develops and sells e-front office
software solutions for banks and insurance
companies. Elaxy AG is the result of the merger
between the Heyde subsidiaries Atzlinger GmbH,
FINEC GmbH, IT Warehouse AG and Turck GmbH.
A total of five divisions will be set up under
Heyde AG. In addition to Elaxy AG, Heyde SI AG
will emerge from the Systems Integration business
units, while Consulting Partner GmbH and the
Miebach Logistik Group will be merged into a
combined group of consulting companies in due
course. The Heyde subsidiary novolabs GmbH, which
specializes in Web technology and Web design, will
be expanded into a fourth division by adding
capacity in Web design in particular. Finally, the
integration of the venture capital company Value
Partner GmbH was announced recently. Each of these
five future divisions will found national
subsidiaries in the regions where they operate.
The company believes that this reorganization will
enable it to manage the different business models
in the Group even more professionally through
specialization, the business models representing
various employee qualifications, sales channels,
customer relations and life cycles. In addition,
the split along consulting, software and
integration lines will become more transparent and
clear in the financial statements in terms of
sales and earnings.
The three business units Financial Services,
Supply Chain and Telecommunications/Media will
continue operating. They will further expand the
competitive advantage in terms of sectoral
knowledge, as well as guarantee strategic
development and uniform customer support beyond
Heyde’s service offering. Both the national
subsidiaries and the business divisions are
required to complete and expand the Group’s
service offering in each country, and to develop
opportunities for international expansion. As a
result, the company expects the existing,
successful growth model of Heyde AG to expand
substantially.
The further development of Heyde’s global
strategy, of the corporate culture and
guaranteeing successful integration of companies
acquired will be the responsibility of the Group’s
Managing Board and its staff. In addition to the
founder and Chairman of the company, Dieter Heyde,
Bertram Salzinger and Matthias Sohler will be
members of this Managing Board. Both are already
members of the Managing Board of Heyde AG. As from
January 1, 2001, Dr. Joachim Miebach of Miebach
Logistik, and Dirk Wittenborg of Consulting
Partner will also become members.
