The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Berlin, 23.02.2001 +++ The executive board of Lobster Network Storage AG has increased share capital by 10%, without rights issue to existing shareholders with approval of the supervisory board, as authorised by the company’s last AGM held on 6th December 2000. 187.500 new no par bearer shares with a proportional share in capital of 4 Euro were placed with institutional investors, thus increasing the total number of outstanding shares to 2.062.500. The issue was priced at Euro 10,- per share. The company will use the funds arising from the issue primarily to finance further expansion in the project business with data storage solutions.
