Schulze-Oberländer (53) as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Schulze-Oberländer was previously member of the board of various companies. In these positions he gathered a wealth of experience in managing and restructuring publicly listed companies. Dr Jochen Schürmann (Chief Financial Officer) and Klaus-Dieter Bachmann (Chief Controller and Chief Administration Officer) have resigned from their positions. The m+s board consists now of three members: Hans-Ulrich Mahr (Chairman), Bernd Puschendorf (Chief Operating Officer) and Claus-R.-Schulze-Oberländer (Chief Financial Officer). With the current appointment, the supervisory board paves the way for the implementation of the new strategic direction of the company. The m+s Elektronik AG is the second largest system house in the German market and positions itself as a leading information and communication service provider. The new management team’s top priority is to improve the profitability of m+s AG. To this end, the company will implement a strict cost management action plan and will concentrate on services in the area of information and communication (I&C) technologies.
