The issuer has the sole responsibility of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– m+s receives substantial order after having been awarded the framework agreement for an European tender of Daten- und Informationszentrum (DIZ) of the Federal State Rhineland-Palatinate Niedernberg, near Aschaffenburg, 27 March 2001 The information and communication service provider m+s AG has been awarded a framework agreement after a European tender with the Daten- und Informationszentrum Rhineland Palatinate (DIZ). The framework agreement signed on 26 March 2001 with m+s comprises consulting servcies in all IT issues, the procurement and installation of hardware and software as well as the roll-out and on-going on-site service for communities and federal authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate. A two-digit million amount in turnover is expected. As an institution of the public authorities, the DIZ advises the communities and federal authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate with regards to their IT environment and looks additionally after other sovereign duties.
