The Board of m+s has decided to implement further steps to ensure that the company becomes the information and communications service provider of the future. Due to the new strategic developments and the focusing on the core businesses of m+s, it has been decided to streamline the portfolio of additional non-core businesses. The 100 per cent owned subsidiary of m+s, MAINSTOR Service und Distributions GmbH, will be merged into m+s Elektronik AG. The measures have to be ratified by the supervisory Board. MAINSTOR’s area of business covers project planning, conception, and the distribution of storage solutions to resellers. The client base will in the future be handled out of the m+s subsidiary, Syscotec Computer GmbH. The employees of MAINSTOR will be relocated according to their level of expertise.
