available in Scandinavia through Fujitsu Siemens Computers
– Growth of the joint customer base

Ettlingen, March 20, 2000 – With the execution of a “Global
Alliance Partner Agreement” between Fujitsu Siemens Computers
GmbH and Prodacta AG as well as their fully owned subsidiaries,
the two companies have laid the foundation for joint sales
activities in the future. The aim of the partnership is not
only to extend the joint customer base, but permit the
reciprocal sale of communication solutions. This means that
Fujitsu Siemens Computers GmbH will be selling communication
solutions offered by valuesoft GmbH – a fully owned Prodacta
subsidiary – largely in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The actual communication solutions in question are: Twinfax
Odin Connector, which permits faxing from BS 2000; Twinfax, the
fax management system for integrated faxing from Exchange, SAP
R/3 and SMTP; SDC/Plus, the market leader in terminal emulation
for BS 2000, Gateland, the Router/Firewall solution for ADSL
and ISDN as well as the Microsoft Back Office certified System
Management Tool Prodacta ProNet, for the initial installation
and re-installation of NT-based PCs.
Prodacta is anticipating a turnover into the two-figure
millions by the end of 2001. By reciprocal arrangement,
Prodacta will be selling the Twinfax Odin-Connector and the
Odin-Printmanager in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
