The issuer has the sole responsibility of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Cancellation of the R & D co-operation with Equidyne Corporation Rösch AG Medizintechnik (WKN 529140), Berlin, announces that it has cancelled the agreement concerning research & development with the former main shareholder Equidyne Corporation. The own Research & Development Department of Rösch AG Medizintechnik already offers today the capacities to create potentials for cooperations with the pharmaceutical industry through modifications and new developments in the field of needle-free application systems. This department will grow further in order to meet the increasing demand. Additionally, a close cooperation with important partners is cultivated, e.g. with OLPE Jena GmbH and Nypro GmbH. As the transferal of research and development results has been carried out insufficiently by the contractual partner, the cancellation of this important contract was effected after consultation with the company’s legal advisor. The auditor confirmed, that the accruals in the amount of TDM 400 set up in the past may be reversed.
