The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– AGIV Real Estate AG verkauft Co-Locationbereich an GlidePath – myLoc Real Estate Technology AG and Taxxus Internet Solutions GmbH with two high quality data centres to be sold / – 42 employees to be kept on AGIV Real Estate AG of Hamburg is to sell all the shares in its wholly-owned subsidiaries myLoc Real Estate Technology AG and TAXXUS Internet Solutions GmbH (T.I.S.) in Frankfurt to GlidePath Germany GmbH of Munich, itself part of an independent managed services company. GlidePath will take over both companies along with their total assets which include a major share in two high-quality data centres, one in Düsseldorf and the other near Frankfurt. GlidePath will combine the two new acquisitions with its service activities in France, the Benelux countries and in Great Britain. This is in accordance with GlidePath’s strategy of expanding its capacity in order to be available to its clients in sufficient strength throughout Europe. AGIV Real Estate, which owns property totalling some EUR 1.2 billion and which offers a full range of services in the whole value-added chain of the property industry. Following the decision by the management board of AGIV, it will sell its internet activities in order to concentrate on its core business.
